Exporting Interview Media

Exporting interview media allows you to download the original audio or video files associated with your interviews. This can be useful when you need to store recordings offline, share recordings with teammates, submit them for review, or keep a copy for documentation and compliance purposes.

Interview media can be exported from two locations:

• The Interviews page
• The Interview Details page

Exporting Media from the Interviews Page

Use the Interviews page when you want to export media for one or multiple interviews.

To export media from the Interviews page:

1. Go to Interviews from the left sidebar.
2. Select one or more interviews using the checkboxes on the left side of the table.
3. After selecting the interview(s), the bulk action toolbar will appear at the top of the page.
4. Click Export.

5. In the Export Interview modal, select Interview Media File.

6. Click Export.

The selected interview media file will be prepared for download.

Media Export Limit

You can export media files for up to 5 interviews at a time.

If more than 5 interviews are selected, the Interview Media File option will be disabled in the export modal.

To export media for more than 5 interviews, reduce your selection to 5 or fewer interviews and repeat the export process as needed.

Exporting Media from the Interview Details Page

You can also export media from an individual interview.

To export media from the Interview Details page:

1. Open the interview you want to export.
2. Click Export in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Select the media export option.
4. Click Export.

This will download the media file for the selected interview.

A tab will open with a player for your audio or video file. Click on the menu for the player and select "Download".
