Export Media

Exporting media allows you to download the audio or video files from your interviews. This is useful when you want to store recordings offline, share them with teammates, submit them for review, or keep them for compliance or documentation purposes.

How to Export Media

You can export media from two places: the Home page or the Interviews page.

Export Media from the Home Page

1. Go to the Home page.
2. Find the interview you want to export media from.
3. Click the three-dot (⋯) menu next to the interview.
4. Select Export Media.
5. The audio or video file will be prepared and downloaded.

Export Media from the Interviews Page

1. Open the Interviews page.
2. Locate the interview in the interview list.
3. In the Actions column, click the three-dot (⋯) menu for that interview.
4. Select Export Media.
5. The media file will be downloaded.

A tab will open with a player for your audio or video file. Click on the menu for the player and select "Download".
